3. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Process: To book a service, you must provide accurate and complete information, including pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates, and contact details. Bookings can be made via our website, over the phone, or by email.
  
  
• Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email, which includes the details of your reservation, such as vehicle type, chauffeur details, and timing.
  
  
• Changes to Bookings: Any changes to a confirmed booking, including cancellations or modifications, must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply based on the nature of the changes.
  
  

4. Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through various secure methods, including credit cards and debit cards via trusted third-party payment processors.
  
  
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice and are based on the services selected, the duration of the trip, and any applicable fees. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the final price, subject to any changes discussed with the customer.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
  
  
• Refunds: In the event of a cancellation made in accordance with our policy, any applicable refund will be processed. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the 24-hour notice period unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate details regarding the pick-up and drop-off locations, times, and other essential information when making a booking. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
  
  
• Behavior: The client agrees to behave appropriately during the service. Any abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior toward the chauffeur or other individuals will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the service with no refund.
  
  
• Luggage and Items: Clients are responsible for their luggage and personal items. Private Chauffeur Dubai is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  
  

7. Chauffeur and Vehicle Conduct

• Chauffeur Conduct: Our chauffeurs are professionals trained to provide you with the highest level of service. They are required to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Chauffeurs may refuse service if clients are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behave inappropriately, or engage in illegal activities during the trip.
  
  
• Vehicle Standards: All vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. In case of vehicle breakdowns or emergencies, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a suitable alternative vehicle where necessary.
  
  

8. Liability and Limitations

• Limitation of Liability: Private Chauffeur Dubai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, lost connections, or personal injuries, unless they are caused by negligence on our part. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
  
  
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
